Car Purchaser
Role:

Are you passionate about cars? Do you have a lot of energy and ideas? Do challenges appeal to you? Then we are who you are looking for! We are looking for a skilled Car Purchaser to buy cars online necessary for our business. You have the means and opportunity to raise our profits by making the most efficient purchases. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commercial mindset. You should know how to evaluate market conditions of recent second hand cars. Communication skills will help you negotiate effectively and maintain profitable relationships. The goal is to acquire supplies that are critical for the success of our business operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Purchase cars mainly from leasing companies
  • Develop profitable purchasing strategy
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance to terms of contracts Identification of the sales price of the cars
  • Monitor stock levels
  • Daily Coordination with our Sales Department regarding the market trend demand and car value
  • Follow the trends of the automotive market, new as well as second hand
  • Analysis of the current second-hand market
  • Benchmarking and study potential new markets worldwide
  • Follow the latest legislations in the automotive industry mainly in Europe 
  • Propose Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to improve our different divisions, including our website and platform systems 
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports (revenues, buying expenditures etc.)
Profile:
  • Expertise in most recent car brands including their equipment
  • basic technical automotive knowledge
  • Good knowledge in car sales and purchasing sector is preferable
  • Knowledge of market research, data analysis is a plus
  • Willingness to go beyond expectations and create your own efficient approaches 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sales Officer/Account Manager
Role:

SOLAF BVBA consists of two divisions www.SolafCars.com and www.eCarsTrade.com, we are currently looking for a Sales Officer/Account Manager to join our young energetic multinational team to further develop our clients accounts by giving them the support they need and be part of the future of automotive car trade.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales of available purchased car stock (via e-mail, phone, visitors)
  • Treatment of incoming requests from new clients
  • Responsible of the different aspect of a sales from start to end including administrative tasks
  • Identification of potential clients in your target market
  • Use of marketing tools to reach potential clients (e-mailing, cold callings, referrals, social media etc…)
  • Build your client portfolio and develop a solid relationship built on costumer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Convert occasional buyers into recurring clients
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Product Manager to:
    • Present contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
    • Communicate costumers’ feedback to create the best online buying experience

  • Create & Optimise scalable operational processes. We are launching a new product, so we need to create and constantly optimize our processes for operations
  • Establish operational metrics and KPI's
  • Set-up and supervise partnerships with logistic hubs and transport companies 
  • Select and negotiate with key partners for the company’s development
  • Legal and operational launch of branches abroad
  • Problem Solving. All kinds of obstacles, barriers and problems happen on a daily basis and you must be ready to solve them as soon as they appear
  • Develop growth opportunities and strategies

Profile:
  • You have at least Bachelor’s degree in Economics or areas related to business and management
  • You have more than 2 years of working experience

  • Very efficient and independent problem solver

  • Good understanding of markets and business models
