- For generating documents like proforma invoices and pick up authorisations (PUA), we will process your VAT number and company name as part of our contractual obligations. This data will be retained for 10 years and is justified by legal obligations and contractual grounds.
- When a car is being picked up, we will process the details of the person or company picking up the car, including the name, last name, company name, and company details. This is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations and is based on our legitimate interests. This information will be retained for 10 years.
