How long does the delivery take?
Delivery time varies based on your location, but it takes 10 business days on average, except Belgium for which delivery takes 5 business days. This lead time starts after the vehicle and the delivery have been fully paid for and the vehicle is ready for pick-up at our parking.
Can I group multiple vehicles into one shipment?
Yes! We also offer special pricing and bulk discounts for shipping multiple vehicles.
How will I receive the car documents?
Vehicle documents are sent after you confirm the delivery of your vehicles by uploading the CMR through your Personal page and sending us the delivery confirmation form.
Do I need to be present at delivery?
Usually yes, but you can also assign someone to represent you.
Will I be notified of arrival?
Yes! We notify you 24-48 hours before delivery to arrange a convenient time. Our logistics partners will also contact you directly.
Is my car insured during transport?
Yes, all vehicles are fully insured during transportation by our logistics partners, covering damage during loading, transport, and unloading. However, always inspect the vehicle upon arrival and note any damages on the CMR.
Do you deliver to islands in the EU?
Not at the moment, but we are always expanding and improving our service. Stay tuned!
Do you deliver outside of the EU?
Currently, we only deliver within the EU to registered business customers. We do not deliver to non-EU countries or private individuals.
