How to bid and win cars

We believe in transparency, which is why the final price is always displayed before you place your bid.

⚠️ Please note, our commission is applied on top of your bid amount.

Minimum bid

This is the minimum amount you can bid. Bidding the minimum amount gives you a 2-5% chance of winning the car.

Estimation Price

Recommended for car dealers aiming for an average profit margin. Bidding this amount gives you a 30-50% chance of winning the car.

Netto and brutto prices

On eCarsTrade, you can find both VAT-deductible and VAT non-deductible cars. Most of our cars exclude VAT, meaning you will have to declare and pay VAT in your country of destination.

However, our number of margin vehicles is also continuously growing.

For EU Companies

VAT deductible

Cars with netto prices are VAT deductible cars. This means VAT is excluded and you will need to declare and pay VAT in your destination country. Explore VAT deductible cars

VAT non-deductible

Margin cars are non-deductible in terms of VAT. This means VAT is included in the price. Explore margin cars

For Non-EU Companies and Traders

VAT deductible

You receive the invoice with the netto amount. 21% VAT is paid in the form of a deposit, which is refunded to you as soon as the export is confirmed.

VAT non-deductible

A partial deposit is required to confirm that the car has been exported outside of the EU. This deposit is refunded as soon as the export is confirmed.

⚠️ In auctions, the supplier reserves the right to remove a car from sale and re-list it at a later time. If you bid on a car that's been removed, we will notify you when it's back online.

Delivery Time to BE & Pick-up Location

So you won or bought a car, congrats! What now?

All cars need to first arrive to one of our parkings in Belgium. Once your car arrives to Belgium, you have several options to receive it:

eCarsTrade Delivery Service: Let our team organize the transport of your vehicle directly to your parking lot.

Official transport company: Personally organize the delivery of the car by contracting an official car transport company.

Self-pickup: Collect the car yourself with company license plates.

Delivery time to Belgium

With eCarsTrade, you have access to cars from Germany, Benelux, France, and Italy. That means all these cars will have different delivery times to arrive in Belgium.
