This is a flexible remote work part time (at least ½ day), or, full time opportunity. The Recruitment Specialist will utilize his/her exceptional interpersonal skills to create, develop and manage a hiring process that sets eCarsTrade apart from its competitors. She/he will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and onboarding employees across multiple geographies and departments.

Since eCarsTrade is a small but very quickly growing company (+-30FTE’S), we do not currently have a structured HR department or any full time dedicated HR employees. This means that there is a significant upside opportunity if you join us as our first HR employee, because you can become the foundation upon which we will build our HR department. A high performing Recruitment Specialist will have opportunities to take on additional HR functions, including managerial responsibilities.

An ideal Recruitment Specialist is expected to have a customer-focused, extroverted style that can enliven, engage, motivate and positively impact individuals. They are required to work independently in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment while prioritizing their schedules to maximize efficiency. A strong team player in this role will demonstrate knowledge and passion for the hiring process.

Job Description:
  • Recruitment responsibilities will cover a wide scope of roles ranging from recruiting junior sales positions all the way to head hunting experienced C-level executives.
  • Plan and implement the assigned hiring strategy and initiatives.
  • Source, screen and build a pipeline of candidates to support growth across multiple geographies and departments.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and engage them throughout the hiring process, maintaining communication along the way.
  • Demonstrate innovation in sourcing techniques for candidates, both technical and in person.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws through the process.
  • Be a trusted partner to the hiring managers before, during, and after the recruiting process is initiated.
  • Administer and submit all paperwork related to hiring new employees.
  • Maintain weekly reporting on Talent Acquisition activities.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Previous 2+ years working experience as a Recruiter
  • Fluent or Native English proficiency
  • Bachelor Degree in HR or similar relevant field is an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment process
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude
