Why do we ask for these documents?
For intra-community transactions, we must confirm that the company picking up the car is the same company listed on the invoice. To verify this, we check license plates or insurance documents to ensure the vehicle belongs to your company.
Send license plate documents in advance (Recommended)
✅ Save time by providing the plate documents before pick-up to ensure a faster and smooth collection of the vehicle.
Exception – Belgian transit plates may be provided on the day of pick-up or one day before.
